HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?

Step 1

Exchange Students

Please complete the online booking form and select your organisations tour. If there are two tours available, please select your preferred dates.

International Students

Please complete the online booking form and select the 'International Student's tour.  If there are two tours available, please select your preferred dates.

Your booking is automatically accepted, provided you have agreed to our Booking Terms and Conditions

Payment

Full payment is due no later than 1 month prior to departure and is payable to NZET.  If you are unable to have full payment by this date, please contact us as soon as possible. 

We accept the following forms of payment:

Credit Card - please contact us with your credit card details

Cheque - please post your cheque to our office address

Direct Credit within NZ - please deposit the money directly into our bank account:

Step 2

Once we receive your booking, you will be posted a confirmation letter.  Your confirmation letter will have a password to our secure online page where you are able to download the travel documents required for your tour.
